Annual General Meeting for Jumpers & Jazz in July

Where: Southern Cross Room
When: Arrive at 5:45 PM for a 6 PM start
Who: Open to all, but only financial members may vote
Key Details:
  • Membership forms available at the door. Become a financial member to cast your vote!
  • No nominations from the floor. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) must be submitted to the management committee by 20th November.
  • Skills-based committee: Each committee member holds a specific portfolio, so we’re seeking people who bring unique skills and who complement our existing team.
  • Interested in a role? EOIs will be reviewed, and we’ll arrange a follow-up to discuss your fit. This can happen before or after the meeting if positions remain open.
  • Treasurer needed! This is an essential position. If you have experience in finance, especially in the Xero bookkeeping program, we’d love to hear from you!
