We encourage licensed vendors who grow or use local produce in their product to apply to join us to celebrate local flavours. Whether you sweeten our lives with honey, make spreads for our breakfast toast, condiments and oils for cooking or wherever your ‘creative’ takes you… we would invite you to join us on the day.
