This return policy applies to all merchandise purchased at Jumpers and Jazz in July. Please note that this is festival merchandise, not a store operation. We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Eligible Items

Only certain items are eligible for return, while others are excluded from the policy.

• Returnable: Clothing, accessories, and general merchandise

• Non-returnable: Final sale items, personalised products, and hygiene-sensitive goods

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing timeframe: up to 2 weeks from receipt of returned item

Exchange Policy

Size and colour exchanges are available subject to stock availability within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
