Join us for the Jumpin’ Jazz Laneway Party in the funky Legends Laneway and grand old historic Warwick Town Hall . EVERYONE – enjoy the laneway vibe with alfresco dining from 5pm (TABLES AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE).
UQ Big Band ensemble will entertain OUTSIDE from 5pm , and during intermissions.
Local wines, craft beers, cocktails and coffee along with delicious hot food options will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Fusing the passion of folk music, the precision of classical, and the spontaneity of jazz, Cigány Weaver create a rich and vibrant atmosphere for both the heart and mind. Front woman, Jo Davie’s soaring vocals and enchanting gentle demeanour combine with the fiery violin, dynamic guitars and driving rhythm section to create a purely acoustic group that effortlessly navigates the musical nexus between intimacy and raucousness.

An explosion of hot sultry smokin’ jazz, rhythm ‘n blues and boogie, Big Kitty and her merry band of ne’er-do-well boys have been lifting the roof off jump joints and shakin’ the shoes off fevered crowds since 2004. With an ensemble of some of the finest musicians in Queensland, roots planted in jazz and blues, and the occasional tongue planted firmly in cheek, this audacious 6-piece live act features the incomparable Big Kitty on searing vocals and a seasoned crew of fine musicians on double bass, drums, guitar and horns.
